  3. > In visual studio, hit Build > Build Configuration. > > > > Set the platform to x86\. If it is already x86 set it to AnyCPU, hit okay, then go back and set it to x86 again. That should fix it. - Edit- Never mind, I am a idiot. Didn't even check for a new folder in Debug >.< Fixed ^.^ Thanks

  7. From what he has done so far I'd give him a 4 outta 5 star rating, He is fast and he works with you. granted he does have his own style on things he can mimic to a certain extent though that's reasonable for what I am needing. –- I will finish this review after i'm done buying art from him.
  8. Glad y'all like em, Makes me not regret posting it c:

  10. > I like to do small jobs. I usually start the batch when I get paid, then start a new one once I deliver the current one. Keeps me motivated and I don't feel overwhelm or rushed, especially since I have a morning job now. Alright, Well when I get my paycheck in the mail, I will be sure to ask for some of your services.
  11. :3 I will PM you about some work when I get my first paycheck. Do you take on 'large jobs' such as an entire 16x16 tileset with about 30 tiles(things like grass, dirt, sand, water, and cliffs), including a few 32x32 trees?
  12. Pretty sick man. I like your style c:

You can only give it time and it will soon blossom with updates. We plan to keep the project at a steady rate, but we will not rush anything. Quality over quantity.
  20. **![](http://oi42.tinypic.com/33kygjs.jpg)** **Overview** **Tales of Tria** is a MMORPG fantasy game inspired by SilverDale, and Final Fantasy 6 GBA. We have been working on this project a for a few weeks in our spare time. After talking about making a game decided to take this project on. We will be basing the game around questing, and adventure. Thus being said Tales of Tria will be a bit more challenging than most games of its type. We are indeed going to make it enjoyable but not laid back the way most games are with traveling. Walking and taking a boat to travel will be the only transportation the players will have. We are going to strive to make the game play fair, and fun as possible with that being said we still have much work to do and much planning ahead of us. **The Lore** (not yet finished) >! In ancient times, it wasn't uncommon to see kingdoms ruling land side-by-side as opposed to the whole fighting one another that is often heard of in modern ages. During this era, it was the Kingdom of Amertis and the Kingdom of Blanfallow. They collaberated and made decisions as a team of sorts to preserve the peace and stability of the villages surrounding them. One of the major factors in their decision making was the crystal named Tria which was placed in the exact center between the two kingdoms. The crystal itself seemed to have a mind of its own, giving way to understanding which options would benefit the two kingdoms, and which options would not. Where the crystal came from, no one knew for sure. They simply knew that it had hold over the fate of the entire world and, if in the wrong hands, it would destroy everything. >! As years came and went, and leaders were exchanged for new ones, the crystal still remained the center of their discussions. When Lord Baveron of Amertis and Lord Yeule of Blanfallow came into power, that's when everything began to go downhill. Yeule had heard stories from his parents, the former rulers of his kingdom, about the crystal and how mystical and amazing it was. As he grew older, he became more and more informed of the crystals abilities and with that came infatuation. He became obsessed with the crystal, often sneaking from his bed at night to simply stand around its covering and speaking to it. He had ideas of changing the way of life. To be more specific, it was to take over the other kingdom and rule the world alone. With his decision set in his mind, he began planning how and when he would put his plan into action. >! It took Yeule almost ten years before he was able to make his plan fool proof enough that it would actually work, but he did it. He simply had to wait until the other lord married and had a child. Boy or girl, it did not matter. The idea was that if he had someone special to the opposing kingdom in his hands, and especially that person being a child, he would easily have the crystal and all of the land in his power. He had brought the subject of children up to Baveron on multiple occasions to make sure his suspicions were correct in thinking that he was very prone to getting attached to children, which was confirmed. >! Baveron and his wife Tirannia had a little girl two years later, though they refused to release her name. The only two people to know were the parents. When she turned seven years old, Baveron threw a celebration party in honor of her. Yeule was invited, of course, seeing as she was to be the heir to the throne since Tirannia was dubbed incapable of having any more children. After lots of laughing and yelling and giving gifts to the young princess, Yeule worked his way over to Baveron. They talked of minor things, mostly of the party and when his daughters name would be released, and got him completely drunk. He made sure to lace the drinks with a sleeping herb that would put the entire place into a deep enough trance that he could get in and out of the young girls room undetected and back to his palace without her waking up and screaming. >! The night passed and it grew late. It didn’t take long for the herb to kick in, leaving everyone drowsy. Calling it a night, Yeule was shown to his room and, upon knowing the late out of the castle like the back of his hand, had already planned on which routes would be the best and fastest to take. He waited in his room for an hour, giving the herb enough time to kick in fully and disorient his targets. When the time was right, he sneaked out of the room and down the hall, taking a left here and a right there and eventually ended up at two set of double doors. One he knew was the Lord and Lady, and the other would be the child’s room. With practiced hands, he slid the doors open, peaking inside for a short moment to make sure she was dead asleep. As soon as he was sure, he walked in and lifted her up into his arms for a moment before sliding her tiny frame into a bag and placing her on his back. He made it look as if she had simply crawled underneath the covers to sleep with no parts of her body sticking out and exited the room with haste, placing everything in its correct order and shutting the door behind him. He exited through a secret door at the end of the hall that had been placed there in case of emergencies and hopped on the horse that he had placed there to be waiting for him. He arrived at his own castle without any afflictions. The next day, it wasn’t until around midday that the atmosphere became tense. Everyone could tell that something was off, but they couldn’t really pinpoint what it was. When Tirannia went to check on the girl, and realized she wasn’t there, she set off into a panic, alerting every one of the happenings. They also noticed the Yeule was missing as well, which automatically led him into suspicion. That’s exactly what he wanted to happen. If the opposing kingdom were to enter his domain, it would be easy for him to protect himself. Baveron didn’t know his kingdom like Yeule did. >! When Baveron came, Yeule was prepared. Although Baveron brought his own protection, he still had an upper hand advantage against him, snipers in place and hiding. Yeule, sitting in his throne room with the young girl on his lap, allowed for him to enter. As he saw the others eyes grow wide, he simply smirked. “Forfeit your reign and sign charge to me, and you will get her back,” he had said, the hand that wasn’t holding the girl still twirling a freshly sharpened dagger. Baveron had no other choice but to agree. He knew there was no other way. >! Handing the girl off to a guard, he sent them away. He motioned to his general, signaling for him to hand the papers to the lord as well as a quill pen and a needle. The document would be signed in blood. Baveron, in a hurry to get his daughter back, didn’t bother to read the paper. He figured that Yeule would be true to his word as he had been in his past. What he hadn’t realized, though, was that the document had been altered, with a tiny bit of writing on the back that stated otherwise. Baveron signed it in both ink and blood, finalizing the document and handing it back. As soon as the paper was in Yeule’s hands, he motioned for the other to be taken out and disposed of back at his own land of which he owned no more. He wouldn’t be getting his daughter back. >! While his men were taking care of that matter, the crystal was brought to him. Instead of letting it lie in its usual place, he moved it to his own bed chambers so that he could watch it closely. His mistake was placing it in front of his window where the moon could shine on it. He talked to the crystal often. So much so that it began answering back and its clear, bright color became dulled and darkened. It placed thoughts in his head, now in order of making decisions for itself. Havoc spread and the land became bare, the struggle for survival enhancing to the point that nature had turned man on itself. He had also used the crystal in an attempt to change the thoughts of the girl he had kidnapped, but her mind seemed to be immune to anything that it tried. As she grew older, and more and more of the previous kingdom tried to get the crystal out of evil hands, she began to understand the situation better. Eventually, though, she was able to recognize that the way everyone was going about it wouldn’t work. She took it upon herself to rid of the crystal, but upon doing this, she also did something to herself. >! She had been outside in the back courts one day, simply trying to enjoy the warm weather by relaxing, but the gleaming of the crystal in the window kept distracting her. The pent up anger at the man who had stolen her from her parents and had stolen away her rights seemed to explode in an instant. She ran to the archery area, grabbing up a bow and arrow, and heading back out to her place. She had trained herself to be good with her aim and, notching an arrow in place, fired it at the crystal. The moment the tip of the arrow hit it, a shrill sounding scream seemed to come from it. It shattered into fragments, bright lights being shot out in all directions across the land. She, on the other hand, was hit by one of the fragments. It had lodged itself into her right shoulder. She hit the ground, shocked and out of breath as a white-hot tingling sensation shot through her body. Strange markings seemed to appear on her everywhere and a name that was not her birth name etched its way onto her wrist. “Cresirael” it read. She wasn’t able to wait on the ground for long, though, when everything became chaotic. >! Cresirael high-tailed it to the woods, hoping to find a form of shelter and possible food on her way, refusing to reenter the area of the castle. With her new markings came strange abilities. Those abilities were unknown, though, the girl seemingly disappearing. She kept an eye on things, though, using all the ability she had to restore the land to its former glory. She notified the world, though, through a simple poster placed upon stores and homes. “To exhibit your life in the beautiful way it was before, you must find the shattered shards of the Tria,” it read, and so set forth the quest for years and years to come. **Planed** **-** Boat system **-** Custom Graphics **-** Crafting (we are only setting realistic goals, a few at a time will be fine.
