I love how most people are complaining about graphics and such even when this is a wip. I think your doing a great job I can see this grow into something good, unlike most eclipse projects.

I make a new project in Netbeans, import the files and BAM a few hundred errors all over. Check for a class the loads the game. Also please don't use netbeans for java it might be good for GUI programming in java but that will only get in your way in the future, use the Eclipse java IDE trust me on this one.

Why don't you start with removing that awful board of shame section. It's like we are in the medieval era where we bind someone on a pole and throw rocks at them it's just wrong.

Great job on converting this, maybe someone will now have the courage to start on a EO java server. Also I don't get the posts above me if this is and it sure does looks like pure Java then you just have to create a jar file and sign it and you will be able to play it in the browser. There's no reason to include a exe in the jar.

Are you able to choral trailer music? And what is your price range for a song?

You use Sounds and beats to long make it faster, also if your goal is games keep going like this. If not don't be scared to use heavy beats.

 Look at what iv'e been doing work with basic dittering and it will be fine for a game. Ah **** fergot to save it in Ps. (reason why qual is so low).
