  1. @Thorn: > So you're saying that my Christian buddy with a tattoo of a cross is going to hell? Because I actually know someone like that. Also, I'd like to bring your attention to the following line that you quoted: > > "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead" > > So you're against autopsies, scientific uses of corpses, and, since apparently a cut that causes no harm or disability qualifies for you (a piercing) you would also be against operations, wisdom tooth extraction and cesarean birthing? > > There's a saying you may have heard, "the devil can quote scripture". The words themselves have little meaning, and following the bible to the letter is a recipe for disaster. Instead, look to what A) the spiritual purpose of the line would be, and B) What the non-spiritual purpose of the line would be. > In the current case: > > A) Tattoos and piercings would have seemed barbaric, and in some cultures there are religious tattoos / piercings. The spiritual purpose of the line, therefore, is basically reinforcing the whole 'don't worship false gods' bit. > > B) Tattoos and piercings, especially when the old testament was written, far more often resulted in infection. These getting infected due to the use of dirty tools (unknown to them at the time) would have seemed like god's wrath. > > So, we determine that the cause of this line was to warn people away from false gods and to, effectively, prevent infection. > > So really, do you have any better argument, or are you just going to quote more scripture without actually thinking about it first? > So far, you're sounding like the worst kind of Christian, the one that follows blindly like some animal on a tether, never raising its beaten head to look where it's going. > If you are going to follow god, follow him not passively but actively, contemplating the meaning of the writings and scriptures. Either that, or go move to the American South and stay with the other mouth-breathing extremists. Just tell me, are your tatoos pleasing God when he specificly told you not to make any markins on your body?
  2. @DrNova: > The bible isnt a literal textbook, its a moral guide. > Dont take it TOO seriously. Maybe you'll start taking it seriously when you'll go to hell.
  3. @Thorn: > @☺☻☺: > > > @Draken: > > > > > So yeah **I've been thinking** about getting my nips pierced. > > > > You or the guy you're sleeping with? > > > > Why in the bloody forest would you ever want to do that? Read up on bible and see what it says. > > Please show me where in the bible it talks about facial piercings. I'm quite curious, I look forward to your answer on this. > I'm sure it'll be good for a laugh. Oh there's absolutely nothing to laugh about. "The Bible warns us against cuttings in our flesh in Leviticus 19:28 which says, "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord." It's a really big sin.
  4. @Draken: > So yeah **I've been thinking** about getting my nips pierced. You or the guy you're sleeping with? Why in the bloody forest would you ever want to do that? Read up on bible and see what it says.
  5. @Robin: > @☻Valon☻: > > > Bought Realm Crafter… Now I wish I used the money to get those Eclipse Origins stuff instead. o-o (because I can hardly find any tutorials on Realm Crafter) > > Knowing your own abilities is an important part of starting a project. It's safe to say that you've wasted your cash. Wow just cause he didn't waste his cash ON YOU, you tell him he wasted cash on that. WN is a major waste of cash, nothing ever will be good from that. Atleast in RC, he can make money, not on your piece of garbage. Download EE 2.7, delete half of the code and you get the same thing.
  6. @[Pie: > ICT link=topic=66183.msg713784#msg713784 date=1290110740] > @YashimatsuPL: > > > I found one bug  > > When I kill monsters allways drop 0 value of item > > Thats not a bug.. your just leaving the value to drop at 0.. I believe even if you don't even touch the drop, it still drops 0.
  7. Item editor, when you add stats to endurance or any other one, they change name.
  8. Search the source code tutorials board or look at how eclipse stable has it and make it into origins.
  9. @Sekaru: > I have WN, I don't need Origins. Same thing.
  10. @Sekaru: > *Downloads ES* Done, I have the source now. For origins.
  11. Umm.. sure i am the failure when non of you have the source. Strange.
  12. @Sekaru: > If you want to argue go ahead, it's not that hard arguing with someone who can only copy and paste and then say they made an engine. And why would I make it myself? Because you asked me to? No. I don't need arrows atm and even if I did I wouldn't make people _buy_ my system. Even if you wanted to, you couldn't.
  13. @ShawnyBoy: > @blad00x: > > > hi, > > > > I want to know how make a bow in eclipse origins ? > > Don't buy it from him, it's just a copy & pasted version of ES's system, I will try and edit it to work for EO, then I'll post it for everyone. ;) You're a failure. If it was that easy, everyone would already had it. Please, save us some trouble and do it yourself.
  14. PM me with however much you're willing to offer.
  15. I'm willing to sell you a copy of the source, when you'll have money.
  16. @blad00x: > I don't had money :azn: > > can't you give it free? No.
  17. @Aramyth: > It requires a complete source edit. Origins doesn't have this feature yet. So if you want bows. You will have to code it entirely yourself with Visual Basic 6. > > Regards Aramyth. Yes there are arrow sources for EO. PM me with a price you're willing to pay for it.
  18. Use a timer, every 20 miliseconds, make the timer switch the picture.
  19. Lots of thing could be wrong: 1 - You may not have included all the files you need. 2 - You may not have registered the ones that need to be. 3 - The files may be in the wrong folders. 4 - The locations for some files may be hardcoded in the app. 5 - Your VBP file has an invalid folder pointer to the component or reference. 6 - CLSID's are incorrect in your VBP file (Since it was moved from a different machine).
  20. It's really hard to understand, try posting in your origional language.
  21. Better yet: type /mapeditor, then go to "Properties" and there select the npc you want on the map.
  22. @Chief: > @☺☻☺: > > > you'll have to make the whole game handwritten, > > does not make any sense at all… You don't make sense. All GFX has to be drawn by hand.
